All Dressed Up
The girls received tons of Princess stuff for Christmas and are having a blast dressing up in the dresses and heels (scary!).

Baby Aiden - 24 Weeks
We went for a repeat sonogram this past Monday because they were not able to get certain measurements last time around. It was neat to be able to see the baby again and he was as busy as ever. The sono tech was trying to get pictures of his face but he decided it would be fun to cover up his face with both his legs and hands. :-)
She was able to get all the measurements she needed (after some rolling around on my part) so we probably won't be seeing the little guy again until he makes his appearance in mid-April. He looks good though, weighing around 1 pound, 9 ounces. These pictures were scanned in so they are kind of blurry but you can get the general idea.

Merry Christmas!
Santa came and brought lots of goodies for the girls. The top two favorites were the kitchen set and the Dora vanity. The girls ran right to those 2 toys and we could barely pull them away to open their other gifts.

They also got really excited over their ball pit and Mommy and Daddy have been busy picking up balls from every corner of the house ever since.

Alyssa enjoyed ripping open her gifts but Kaylee took a little more coaxing to pull her away from the kitchen.

The celebration continued as we visited both sides of the family for lunch/dinner and gift exchanges. The girls received so many nice gifts.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful gifts. The girls send lots of hugs and kisses!
Christmas Eve
The girls started off their day with a fun party at daycare with their friends. They made rice krispie treats shaped like a christmas tree (yummy!) and had a gift exchange. The girls received really cute gifts for their new kitchen set that Santa brought them.

Then, they came home to have another party with Abuelo and Abuela and cousin Diego. The girls tried some traditional Puerto Rican Christmas food while Mommy ate lots of chips and dip. :-) They were really excited to receive their new tricycles...

And to play their cousin's video games....

It was a late night for the girls (10pm) and they were super tired. We talked about Santa coming right before bed and they were ready to wake up and see all their presents. Kaylee preferred the word "TOYS" as opposed to presents though.

Happy Holidays!!
My friend Lynne sent the girls beautiful Christmas dresses. We put them on last night and took a few photos in front of the tree. The girls were excited to get dressed up so we could share the photos with everyone.
It took lots of bribery with candy to get the girls to stay still and most of the pictures didn't turn out but I still think they look pretty cute. More importantly, they are silly and truly capture their personalities. And in Kaylee's words:
"Mommy, I gorgeous. I a princess."
We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday. Kaylee and Alyssa send lots of love, hugs, and kisses to all their friends and family.
