K&A had their first trip to the pediatric dentist this past Wednesday. I was a little worried about how it would go but they both did better than we expected. Their grandma came along to help out and they loved showing off how they brush their teeth. They sure do love attention.
Kaylee did well with her check-up and cleaning. She did not have any cavities so she got her picture taken with the office parrot. Alyssa wasn't having it though and pretty much screamed the whole time they looked at and cleaned her teeth. She also had healthy teeth but did not want her picture taken with the parrot. I think she had enough new experiences for the day. They also got to choose a goodie bag of prizes and were happy to come home and tell Daddy all about their trip. They go back in 6 months for another check up and cleaning. Hopefully they will be a little more relaxed next time around!
